I followed your advice

You can't use several .dll version at the same time: only first version will work.
You can delete obsolete .xml version or leave it as it is.

and deleted all but KinopoiskLib-Eng.dll

I am very pleased with the fanarts provided but disappointed that folder artwork is not searched for. I thought that by the descriptions in the dll descriptions in | Options | Providers | Fanart | that pics and wallpapers would be searched for as well. (What does Pics (All pictures) search for)?

As you will see from this example, a lot of good quality fanart is scaped (only your dll was enabled for fanart scraping)

...as a comparison, here is the window from a scrape using IMDb.com, TMDb, TMDb - LaserDisken MiPs (my usual preferences)

I have not done a comparison of wallpaper quality or counted the results, but am confident that your dll would appear to be working for Fanart at least.

Web pages have been updated and new anti-bot system was implemented on Kinopoisk.
But don't worry, new versions of Kinopoisk MiP are coming soon.
