Next official firmware

Hi,

Any news on when the next official firmware release will be available? Lastest official firmware (not pre) was from august 2009...

Unfortunately, 6500 and 7000 are considered by DViCo as EOL and it is unlikely that there will be any major updates to the FW. Certainly my personal correspondence with DViCo is being met with 'we are busy with other things' type of response.

I have also been looking for new firmware and came across this site.

Hi 2urtle, welcome to the forum!

Thanks for the link (which I have edited). The FW version available from the link are all considered beta which is why they do not appear in the official list.

There have been requests from my friends at MPC to at least make a final 'official' version, but since this HW is no longer being supported, even that would seem unlikely.
