Yes.
create your own icon or download one and edit if necessary.
place it in your 'Movie' folder
in the folder above ('Media' from my earlier example) place a copy of icon.tvix

You should now be able to see your new icon

See PEGGIE+TV for a template and tool for creating the necessary movieinfo.tvixie if required.

You have certainly made a lot of progress in a short space of time. How long before you start creating your own templates?

Having a few problems with Peggie, have got banner template etc working fine but can't seem to get a list of episodes to appear?

Also with tvixie, how do I add my own fan art to a film? can't see any option in edit apart from the cover?

On 6600, if several playable files exist in the same folder, there should be a dropdown menu automatically created in the GUI. I am sure that the menu appears when you press PLAY.


There is nothing like the same method used for folder.jpg customisation (i.e. no drag and drop). To add your own fanart, see here for way to make thinngs a little easier.

Also, if you are using PEGGIE+TV, remember that you will have more than one fanart to consider..
